Delete your account

If you want to delete your AskOut account, you can do so from the mobile app. Follow the steps below. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated data according to our Privacy Policy.

Steps

1. Open the AskOut app.
2. Go to the fourth tab from the left in the bottom bar, the Account tab.
3. Scroll down to the Help & Support section.
4. Tap Delete account.

Include the phone number or email address on your AskOut account, or tell us how you sign in (WhatsApp, Google, or Apple), so we can verify the request.
