Delete your account

If you want to delete your AskOut account, you can do so from the mobile app. Follow the steps below. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated data according to our Privacy Policy.

Steps

1. Open the AskOut app.
2. Go to the fourth tab from the left in the bottom bar, the Account tab.
3. Scroll down to the Help & Support section.
4. Tap Manage account.
5. Tap Delete account.
6. Tap Continue to deletion. Deactivate only hides your profile until you sign in again.
7. Choose a reason, then tap Delete Account.
